Expand the standards of conduct section to build upon the existing contents related to communication guidelines and social media use, authorize sharing of in-camera information with member municipalities and their senior staff, and to include additional language related to general conduct, interactions with staff, volunteers and committee members, interactions with the public and media, public meetings, collection and handling of information, conflict of interest, use of influence and gifts and personal benefits.
