    That the Regional District of Nanaimo Board support a renewed member led Vancouver Island and Coastal Community Solid Waste Committee and if needed, that the Regional District of Nanaimo hold the reserve funds left over from the AVICC Special Committee on Solid Waste and distribute these funds to a third party that would provide the service of administration the renewed member led Vancouver Island and Coastal Community Solid Waste Committee.
